We note that the Basic version of sentinelhub’s Pricing plan provides access, download and commercial use rights of data. Our question is whether relevant legal issues will be involved if we subscribe to Planet Scope data through sentinelhub and process it for commercial use, and whether sentinelhub can provide certificates such as authorization documents for data use to avoid commercial or legal disputes.

We do not provide any specific certificates and authorization documents - the invoice for the purchase, along with this license should do.
In case you need something specific from Planet, we would kindly recommend you contact their sales team covering your region directly and make an order through them. Once done, you can make use of that contract via Sentinel Hub without additional costs, benefiting from all the features of our service.
