S2 does not provide directly the variables that you are asking about.
Here is a list of the bands and products directly accessible via Sentinel Hub. Furthermore, in the custom scripts repository you will find derived products and visualisations that people from the community have proposed (it’s a collaborative tool).
Lastly, if you find a clever way of deriving new variables from S2 images, don’t hesitate to share with the community
