Resampled images does not load in ArcMap

Please I resampled Sentinel 2 image in SNAP toolbox. I converted to a Geotiff file and tried to open in Arc Map bit I only get a black outline with no image display. I have tried severally but still have been unsuccessful. I will be glad to get some help on how to resolve it.
