today, on 3.7.2024, around 14:30 CEST there was an error in our subscription system, which resulted in several of you receiving “Order subscription revoked” message.
This was not intentional and we are looking in what went wrong.
The services are operational and your systems should continue normally. There might be occasional issues with logging in to User Dashboard.
We have all hands on board to fix the issue and will come back to you shortly.
This incident has been contained. Only a limited set of users remains impacted, but NOT impacting their access to the system in any way. Those users have been emailed directly.
The incident was caused by a bug that caused revocation of more recurring payment orders than intended. The offending change has been reverted and safeguards preventing this from repeating are being put in place.
