S1 dates issue when usin request builder

Hi,

On past wednesday 18th, We were able to see an S1 image available for Cúcuta (Colombia) area on Eo Browser. However, when we tried to download data through the Statistical API on request builder an error message came up.
Now if we check, in both calendars the image is avaiable on the 17th.

Which is the correct date of the image?
Why could we see the image available but we could not downloar data? Can we expect similar situations when using S1 images?
