S1 downloads have invalid key

Hi there,

I am having problems with downloading products since the 25th of Jan. For any new product links e.g https://scihub.copernicus.eu/dhus/odata/v1/Products(‘05219715-ec73-454c-8aeb-d0c08b6f4b0c’)/$value I get the following error:

Invalid key (05219715-ec73-454c-8aeb-d0c08b6f4b0c) to access Products

But for product links used before the 25th Jan I am able to retrieve these products. Does anybody know the reason for this? Has something changed? Below is a working example: https://scihub.copernicus.eu/dhus/odata/v1/Products(‘365d9927-5360-4415-9eaf-6f0775aac642’)/$value

Hi @KL1234567,

note that this forum is probably not the best place as most of the people here do not download data from SciHub but rather from AWS or Sentinel Hub.
That said, we did not notice any similar problems.

Thanks for the response. So to be clear when you follow the first link you are able to download a product?
