Dear Ayman,
The SAR urban script is described here. However, this composite is useful mostly for building or ship detection. For flood mapping, we have a temporal Sentinel-1 script that compares imagery on the date of the flood, with the imagery on another date, then inputs them into red and blue channels, making it possible to display flooded areas in red.
