Sentinal-1 SAR image return wavelength frequency

Hi all,
Was trying to understand if I use Sentinal 1 SAR imagery, it is possible to retrieve the frequency graph or histogram of the return AOI/area.
I know what is the center wavelength and frequency of the radar but trying to understand what is the return signal.
Looking in the EO browser and not finding any clues.
