Sentinel-2 Level-2A data available

Hi, I’m a little confused about availability of S2L2A data for Europe. I’ve read about March 2018 here:
https://sentinel.esa.int/web/sentinel/user-guides/sentinel-2-msi/product-types/level-2a

March 28, 2017 from here:

Sentinel-2 L2A products available on Sentinel Hub

and when I request L2A data through API or OGC, I receive data since November 5, 2016.

We have processed additional products using Sen2Cor.
