I ask a question regarding the frequency of the SENTINEL2 images, from the area of my interest, to the northeast of Argentina. But they came appearing every 5 days, November 5, November 10, 15 and 20 and then there was no more … This indicates that there are problems or something happened? Can someone explain to me what could be happening?

It seems that these data were not yet processed by ESA. You can check the official source for that:

There seem to be maintenance activity happening, which might be a reason for that:
