Subscription isn´t reflected after I paid from a trial account

Hi, I just paid for an exploration account in order to acquire a commercial data quota, but such subscription doesn´t appear in my dashboard. The account in which I paid the subscription was a trial account. Is this normal? Does it require some time to appear in my dashboard?

it sometimes takes a few hours for the transaction to fully complete.
Looking at your account right now it seems all is fine.
Can you confirm?
