Subscription limit count for planet

Hi!

I have been using the subscription API for several months now to subscribe to areas of less than 10.000m2. I have noticed that at this moment the subscriptions are not being confirmed. And when i try to confirm manually via EO browser im getting this error:

I also noticed that I only have around 500 subscriptions in eo browser, does that number also take into account the subscriptions in planet?, how does this work?, how should I aproach this issue (if i can do something or its an issue on you end).

Hi,

indeed the limit includes both the subscriptions you create through TPDI/EO-browser as well as those you create using the Subscriptions API.

One option is to create fewer larger subscriptions. If you need data for many separate areas, you can still do this as the area of interest can be a multipolygon. To do this, you of course need to wait until some of your running subscriptions complete, and/or cancel some of them.
