System maintenance on 2024-11-07

We would like to inform you about a planned maintenance for Sentinel Hub services scheduled on Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 07:00 to 16:00 UTC. During this maintenance window, certain services will be temporarily impacted as follows:

Temporary unavailability of the following services, expected to last no longer than 30 minutes at any time within the maintenance window:

  • OGC Services
  • Configuration Services
  • Batch Services (Batch V1, Batch V2, Batch Statistics)

Disabled for the entire maintenance period:

  • New user sign-ups
  • Purchase flow
  • Profile changes (including password updates)
  • Management of OAuth2 clients

All other services should remain fully operational without any anticipated issues during this time.
