When processing large amounts of data in a Python script, is there a possibility that mixing such data could cause problems?

This effect looks like an error in the Atmospheric Correction performed during the conversion from L1C to L2A (with
sen2cor). In the L1C product the phenomenon is not visible: https://sentinelshare.page.link/LnpS
If this causes problems in your processing, I would suggest you contact Copernicus support with this issue: email@example.com.
