Third Party Data Import Delivery Failed


Recently, we added more quota for Third party data import. When performing order request, sometimes the order get FAILED. The status says DELIVERY_FAILED. Any idea what is the cause and how to avoid it?

this happens if the data provider (i.e. Airbus, Planet or similar) fails to deliver the product. In such cases the quota is returned to your account.
What you can do is try the same order one more time, after it fails. Sometimes the next time the order will succeed. Sometimes, however, the data provider is simply not able to process the product they have in their archive. There is nothing we can do in such cases.
