Hey everyone,
I’ve been working on downloading my backlog of imagery on here and I’m unable to download the raw data on images ordered before mid-June 2020.
When I try to download these images I get a message saying “The specified key does not exist.”
Or in some cases there is no option to view/download the data, see below:
Hopefully I’m not just making a silly mistake

Hi,
thank you for reporting this. There was indeed a bug in data download for orders made from mid-May to mid-June 2020. We have fixed the “The specified key does not exist” error and the download should now work.
The empty delivery list appears for orders older than mid-May 2020. We have significantly changed our data import process at that point so unfortunately we cannot offer original data download for orders made before that time.
