Unable to open topics on this forum

Hi, we have this problem.
My colleague cannot open topics on this forum, even though he has a valid Sentinel-Hub subscription, and, therefore, cannot submit requests for assistance on this forum.

Is it possible to enable user: pietro@super#####i.com - forum user:pietro to open topics on this forum?

Sorry: it seems like the system banned Pietro from creating new posts due to improper flagging! Can you ask him to try now?
