Unable to purchase credits

I am trying to purchase credits but the checkout page “hangs” on the “Review & Confirmation” page when saving details.

I don’t know if this is helpful, but the browser console has the following error:

“Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://eurodatacube.com/checkout?item=prepaid’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint ‘http://apilayer.net/api/rate?access_key=undefined&country_code=US’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.”

Is somebody able to help here? Thank you.
