I have noticed that one image is unavailable on Sentinel Hub, but it can be accessed on the Copernicus website, and I need these scenes to be available in the Sentinel Hub API. The areas of interest are located in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, specifically on September 20th, 2017. Could you verify and correct, please?
Can you provide the link to Copernicus Browser and EO Browser?
Have you checked if Sentinel-2 L1C are available?
