Upgrading account

Hope any of you can help me!

We have a Basic account we just renewed in Jan 8th, now we’re in need to upgrade. Any of you know if Sentinel provides pro-rata charging or they only add requests and PU as I upgrade and I have to pay full monthly price?

With annual subscriptions we do support pro-rata charging. With monthly ones unfortunately not yet.

That said, if the amount is significant, contact us after upgrade, and we will find a solution to compensate.

I upgraded my account and now only the new quota is available on my account.
It would be great if I get the first subscription (Basic) discounted next month. :pray:
