500 Server Error possibly due to corrupt product

By performing a fis request, the following error occurs:

with HTTPError:
500 Server Error: Internal Server Error for url: https://services.sentinel-hub.com/ogc/fis/
Server response: “Illegal request to https://sentinel-s2-l1c-index.s3.amazonaws.com/tiles/36/S/YC/2020/11/1/0/B11.index. HTTP Status: 403”

time_interval = (‘2016-11-01’, ‘2020-11-24’)
bbox = [35.518899999999995,33.901199999999996,35.5191,33.9014]

This happens occasionally when one of the millions of Sentinel-2 products is not ingested properly.
We have re-ingested it and now it should work.
