Today is another day, in which I am using Sentinel Hub with no possible way whatsoever to acquire commercial imagery from different constellations (Maxar - Airbus Pleiades - Airbus Spot). I ordered 4 images and it gets approved and “Running”, then disappears, and shows the order “failed”.
This sometimes happen in contested areas, due to data providers (i.e. Airbus, Maxar) purposely preventing orders.
There is unfortunately nothing we can do in such case, sorry about that. We can refund your purchase, if you like (the quota was already reimbursed).
