Issue with Placing Order Using Planet Subscription

Hi,

We recently subscribed to the Planet Tier2 imagery service. However, we encountered an issue when trying to place an order, following the instructions from the video link to video.

We got stuck at the step of placing the order, and the same issue occurs when trying to place an order through the subscription option. We have followed all the steps as described, but we are still unable to complete the process.

We found a related forum discussing a similar error (link to forum), but we are still blocked.
